  I WAS a weekly regular at the Dari-Dip until tonight. I took my mom there and we had to send her burger back 2 times. See my mom has CANCER and has to make sure her meat is WELL DONE. She ordered it WELL WELL DONE, but we still saw pink in it. Donald(Co Owner) came out and asked with attitude what was suppose to be wrong with it. I told him it that it was not WELL WELL DONE and it still had pink.. He argued that it was done. Not only did he argue with me, but he tried making me pay for her burger and fries, which she did not eat. My bill was $21 and some change. When I asked for him to take it off, he only took off a $1 and some change and said that is all he could do while still arguing with me about the hamburger. I threatened to call Channel 3 News. He straight out told me, "Go ahead!" He did finally take it off the ticket but, not until I lost all respect for him and the Dari-Dip.
  As a previous restaurant manager, I know this is EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Customer Service is suppose to be service with a smile, not argue with a customer and to argue with someone about a CANCER PATIENT's FOOD is just straight out "WRONG"!!!!! I would have given them no stars, but I did not have that option to leave this comment. I will have to say that my waitress Samantha was outstanding and deserves 5 stars.
  I just hope and pray that Donald never has cancer and has to go through what my mom has before.
